Overview

This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the terms of service which govern the services on the Alkyonis Transport Site provided by Alkyonis Transport (the "Services"). As used in this Agreement, "Alkyonis Transport" means ALKYONIS TRANSPORT AE and "Client", "you", or "your" means you.

You acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms of service and all policies posted on the Alkyonis Transport Site. As referred to in this Agreement, "Site" refers to a World Wide Web site and "Alkyonis Transport Site" refers to the Site located at the URL https://alkyonistransport.gr.

The following terms of service apply to all services provided by Alkyonis Transport to the Client.

1. Acceptance

It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms of service for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms of service in full.

Please read these terms of service carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms of service.

2. Credentials

Access credentials are granted to individual, named persons and may not be shared. You are responsible for any and all actions taken using your account and password, and you agree to immediately notify Alkyonis Transport of any unauthorised use of which you become aware.

3. Your data

“Your Data” means any data, content, information or other materials of any type that you submit, upload or otherwise transmit to or through our hosted services. You will retain all right, title and interest in and to your data in the form provided to Alkyonis Transport.

4. Security

Alkyonis Transport implements security procedures to help protect your data from security attacks. However, you understand that use of the hosted services necessarily involves transmission of your data over networks that are not owned, operated or controlled by us, and we are not responsible for any of your data lost, altered, intercepted or stored across such networks. We cannot guarantee that our security procedures will be error-free, that transmissions of your data will always be secure or that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or those of our third party service providers.

5. Deletion

We may remove or delete your data within a reasonable period after the termination of the service provided to you.

6. General

These Terms of Service supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The client's payment for a service constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Terms of Service. Online payment signifies acceptance of our Terms of Service.
